1. Services Provided
We offer lawn care services including, but not limited to, lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and general maintenance. A detailed service plan and schedule will be provided based on your chosen package.

2. Service Area
Our services are available to properties within Sarasota County and surrounding areas. Requests outside this area are subject to approval and additional charges.

3. Scheduling and Access
Services are performed on a recurring basis (weekly, bi-weekly, or as agreed).
You must ensure we have proper access to your property on the scheduled service day.
If access is not provided (e.g., locked gates, aggressive pets), you may be charged a visit fee without service rendered.

4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice or in advance, based on your plan.
We accept payments via credit/debit card, online payment, or check.
Late payments may incur a late fee of $15 after 7 days and result in suspension of services until the account is current.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule a service, at least 24 hours’ notice is required.
Repeated cancellations may result in termination of services.
Emergency or weather-related rescheduling will be communicated as needed.

6. Property Conditions
We are not responsible for damages to hidden or unmarked objects such as sprinkler heads, water lines, or buried cables.
Customer is responsible for removing toys, furniture, or debris prior to service.

7. Damage and Liability
While we take great care, accidental damage caused by our crew must be reported within 24 hours for review and resolution.
We carry general liability insurance for covered incidents.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee
We aim to deliver high-quality service. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost.

9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days’ written notice. Any outstanding payments are due immediately upon termination.

10. Weather Policy
Services may be delayed due to unsafe weather conditions. In such cases, we will reschedule at the earliest convenience.

11. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal or property information shared with us is kept confidential and used only for the purpose of service delivery.

12. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
